Present and Future of Mobile Paym- PVR Booking

Protection of digital and confidential information is crucial in today's technologically sophisticated surroundings. Most devices nowadays are linked with a network, either directly or indirectly. These inter-connected devices are potentially vulnerable to any kind of intrusion as most of the hackers and intruders are more technically sound and possess a stronger knowledge compared to a standard user.

The threat and its after effect, becomes extreme if the loss of information brings financial losses to a user. Sensitive information like credit card information, bank account password etc. need to be protected with more secure methods in order to make use of them for e-payment options.

NFC is meant to act as an upgraded method of making payments electronically allowing a more secure mode of payment as compared to e-payment systems. As NFC is based on smart phone devices having hardware and program interaction at user's finish, it is more convenient and straightforward for conducting transactions.

Organizations have realized the importance of security and ease of mobile payments for the users and so have started deploying NFC in their business practices. It helps businesses to setup a brand reputation and recognition for the company by including these features. Not only the financial transactions but other services like file transfer may even be performed with NFC. Information sharing including confidential ones in a secure manner is the key feature of this communication expertise.

NFC provides a shorter setup time as compared to other short range communication technologies like Bluetooth. Average setup time of pairing between NFC enabled devices is about 1/10 seconds which is fast and being a short range transmission expertise, security is an additional advantage.

Another additional feature of NFC is that if of the pairing devices is out of battery or is not a battery powered gizmo, another gizmo can transmit the information. An example of such a case could be a battery drained smart phone i.e. turned off or a contactless smart credit card.

A famous entertainment company in India, PVR Cinemas has announced to launch its NFC enabled "wallet" app for BlackBerry ten gizmo users. It would assist them to make payment while purchasing their tickets from the ticket counter, with their BlackBerry gizmo.

A considerable number of NFC enabled smart phone applications have been introduced recently to assist users in making mobile payments securely. Even various business giants are including them in their business practices for facilitating their customers. Samsung, along with Visa has announced that future releases of Galaxy rings will be integrated with NFC payment systems.

Movie Crazy- Booking Online PVR tickets

Movies are ideas and/or tales brought to an audience through emotion by sound & a sequence of seamless images. Thanks to Google Search.

Are you film crazy? No, I don't mean crazy for Harold Lloyd's comedy Film Crazy from 1932 about a young man with tiny or no acting ability, desperately trying to be in the flicks. I mean, are you crazy for movies period? I must admit I am a cracker for movies. So, all those who think about themselves film crazy raise your hands. Yup, that is  everybody. Why are they film crazy? Why do they live in a film crazed society? Hey, what are movies anyway?

How popular are movies? Well, the keyword "movies" boasts a mind boggling one.1 billion & growing number of searches on Google's search engine alone. & the keyword "movie trailers" has collected a whopping 127 million and searches. Watching film trailers on the net has become a popular past time for plenty of. I do know my husband's of them. They loves to watch his film trailers.

This past year alone has brought in an astonishing box office revenue of 29.2 billion dollars worldwide for 2009. Movies are watched & made worldwide. The language gap has been dissolved due to the addition of subtitles. Now they can all share in the universal film experience. As well as being universal, movies are made for everyone young & elderly. Why you may even see generations at most Disney or kid film showings. There is something out there for everyone no matter what your age.

They have Oscar parties like they do Superbowl parties & even bet or at least announce our opinions on who the winners of the Academy Awards, Golden Globes, MTV Awards, etc. will be. Then there is the classic TV shows like 'Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous' that they turned on faithfully oohing & aahing over the content like it was fine wine. The show ran for over ten years (March 1984 - September 1995). What a run! What an idea! They actually got to tag along & drool over the extravagant homes, lifestyles & dream holidays spots of the stars. Today, you can watch similar shows like MTV's 'Cribs' & VH1's 'The Incredible Life of....'

They celebrate movies & they celebrate the stars in our movies. They bring them in to our homes by way of TV shows dedicated to stars like ET, ET Canada, Access Hollywood & TMZ to name a few. They grab supermarket tabloids like The National Enquirer & Star scanning the latest celebrity gossip & stuff them in to our shopping carts when no is looking.

How do they get our golden tickets to these grand palaces? They buy cereal boxes and cut out cardboard vouchers, they use our air miles points or exchange reward points to turn funds in to film tickets. They fill out contest forms in hopes to be selected as the lucky few to attend pre-screenings to our favourite movies before they even hit theatres. They also line red carpets around the globe and tune in to celebrity interviews on our favourite daytime and nighttime shows like The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night with David Letterman, Oprah and Regis & Kelly.

If you are more of a home body you don't must leave the comfort of your own residence to see a film. You can literally channel movies through your TV's regular cable or on specialty film channels like Thrill, The Film Network, HBO, Film Central, Showtime, Turner Classic Movies, etc. And that is after you have clicked through the TV movies of the week, recorded movies on your PVR or sent your children to the video store to rent of this week's new releases. Oh, and not to mention you can buy movies from your brick and mortar video store down the street or even online on eBay or Amazon.

What beats the film experience? Nothing. They cue up for our tickets, purchase our favourite goodies, grab the latest Famous or Tribute journal for casual light reading before our film (while devouring our actual buttered popcorn or bag of liquorice). The lights go dim, the screen widens and the picture and sound arrive simultaneously. They anticipate the film previews while watching the nuisance commercials and then there they are. Those huge stunning coming attractions in all their glory. They whisper yeas or nays or give a thumbs up to our friends seated beside us for the next film adventure we'll be planning. Then if we are lucky, that is, the fellows will get to listen to the bellow of the THX sound effect that roars around the theater. (Hey, guys you can listen to it on YouTube or download it as a free mp3 or ring tone). Then the wait is over. Whoopee! And the adventure begins...
Again, why are they film crazy? Could it be because movies are inexpensive; an affordable date; or an economical relatives outing. Is it that the encounter can be even more enhanced through the Imax or 3-D experience. Or does it go deeper. A chance to escape the actual world if only for a few hours. Movies evoke emotion whether it is excitement, laughter, terror, sadness, inspiration, faith, love, etc. Perhaps you are on an unpredictable adventure, figuring out a mystery or watching a relatives deal with loss. Movie's take us away; anywhere they require to go. Even the theater itself is an experience as we have discovered. The lights, sound, feel, large screen, comfortable oversized fabric chairs, convenient cup holders, popcorn and munchies from the snack stand, etc. The film experience touches on all our senses. What movies have stirred you emotionally lately?

The flicks are place where you can pick what you require to see and feel. If I require to be happy I'll go see a light hearted comedy. If I require to be thrilled I'll go see a thriller or horror. And if I require to entertain my little niece and nephew I'll go see the latest animated film, etc. Then there is the remainder of the genres that fill out the film experience: action and adventure, crime and gangster, drama, epics/historical, musicals/dance, science-fiction, war, documentary, westerns, biopics, chick-flicks, detective and mystery, catastrophe, fantasy, film noir, man films, melodramas/weepers, road films, romance, sports, supernatural, etc.

Movies bring people together. They are something to speak about at the watering hole at your 9 to five job, chat amongst your Facebook friends or speak about in forums. They can speak about the worst movies we have seen or our all time favourites. They can quiz each other on film trivia, quotes and songs. They can read or write reviews on movies, look up film ratings and buy books on movies. They may even get the latest Hollywood gossip sent to our e mail boxes or go online to scan blogs such as Leonard Maltin's Film Crazy weblog.

Is there any other advantage from movies other than the whole entertainment experience? Actually, there is. Plenty of professional therapists are using movies to help people in crisis. There is a therapeutic movement using---you guessed it---movies. It is called Cinema Therapy. Cinema therapy is used because it is obtainable (there is a film theater in every city much) and the subject material of most films are familiar to everyone. It also enhances the rapport between both the client and the therapist. Who doesn't require to speak movies.

Other benefits include the release of emotions such as when they laugh in the coursework of a comedy our laughter releases stress, tension and/or pain. A tear jerker that makes us sob releases built-up/blocked emotions. How about movies that touch on relationships or parenting. These observations and/or lessons can bring us closer together with people, make us analyze our current situations/relationships or make us recognize they have work to do.

And if there's one last thing that solidifies our movie crazy mentality it's our want or longing to actually be in a movie and/or meet a movie star. Well, this just in---you can do both. Have you heard the term TV or movie extra? If you want a better than bird's eye view of making of a movie and to encounter a movie star or two sign-up to be an extra. You'll get paid, fed, be on set and maybe bump elbows with your favourite movie star.
